Before Iovine Brothers Produce Market became what is it today, it was a smaller shop in the Reading Terminal called Ro & Sons. Vinnie began working at the produce market in 1989 and encouraged his brother Jimmy to come on board shortly thereafter. The brothers took over the business in 1994 and renamed the spot Iovine Brothers Produce. Through the years Iovine Brothers has certainly evolved, adding more products to the shelves and more family members to the crew, helping the market branch into new directions. However, one thing that has never changed is the brothers’ commitment and love for their customers.
From the beginning, Iovine Brothers was built on the foundation of family values and honest produce. Regular customers become old friends as they enjoy quality goods and local favorites readily available at honest prices. Locals and visitors alike are welcomed to browse the bins of colorful fruits and veggies, discover a new snack, and revitalize with a homemade juice. Our knowledgeable staff is always eager to help guests find exactly what they’re looking for.
WE’VE ALWAYS STOOD FOR OUR THREE MAIN PRINCIPLES; FRESHLY MADE, FAMILY OPERATED, AND PROUDLY LOCAL. COME FIND US AT THE TERMINAL AND SAY HI.
